This position will be placed for: PT iForte Solusi Infotek

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end growth marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, covering acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and revenue.
  • Identify growth opportunities and define datadriven OKRs, targets, and roadmaps based on market and performance insights.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships, collaborations, and institutional/community engagements to generate qualified business leads.
  • Drive lead generation through marketing and communication initiatives, ensuring leads are accurately submitted through Salesforce and effectively converted with the Sales team.
  • Design and manage partnership and comarketing programs (events, sponsorships, cobranding) that support business growth.
  • Identify and execute revenue-enhancing initiatives such as comarketing, crossselling, and accountbased marketing in collaboration with commercial teams.
  • Oversee performance marketing channels (paid ads, SEO/SEM, social media, affiliates, partnerships) while optimizing CAC and ROMI.
  • Build and maintain growth dashboards, ensuring data accuracy across analytics tools and translating insights into strategic recommendations.
  • Evaluate campaign and partnership performance through ROMI analysis, preparing reports and recommending improvements.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the growth marketing team by setting clear expectations, identifying capability gaps, and fostering innovation and accountability.

What You Will Need:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Partnership Marketing, or B2B Marketing.
  • Min. bachelor's degree in marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, or related major.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation strategy, CRM tools, and performance marketing metrics.
  • Strong understanding of partnership marketing strategy development and implementation.
  • Excellent communication, building relationship, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with a strong results-driven mindset.
  • Fluent in English both written & verbal.
