Role Overview

We're looking for a Growth Hacker (Sales) who thrives on experimentation, loves cracking the code on what makes prospects convert, and is obsessed with scalable growth. You understand how marketing operations work whether through hands-on experience or close collaboration with marketing teams and can speak authentically to marketers about their challenges. You'll test creative outreach strategies, optimize conversion funnels, and use data-driven insights to turn cold prospects into warm opportunities.

This role is ideal for someone who loves sales, understands marketing, thrives on ownership, and can turn ideas into action.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and qualify all inbound leads from marketing campaigns and demo requests.
  • Execute follow-up sequences via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls.
  • Develop and run outbound campaigns targeting key markets and ICPs.
  • Maintain detailed records in HubSpot Sales Hub, ensuring all pipelines, sequences, and reports are updated daily.
  • Prepare and present weekly outreach and conversion reports.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead flow and campaign performance.
  • Represent AddllyAI at key industry and sales events when required (occasional travel).

Skills & Requirements

  • 34 years of experience in Sales or Marketing (preferably B2B SaaS or marketing tech).
  • HubSpot Sales Hub Expert - confident in workflows, sequences, reporting, A/B Testing and CRM automation. Able to use tools like Lusha and Sales Navigator.
  • Marketing-savvy - you understand marketing operations, either through direct experience or close collaboration with marketing teams, especially concepts like SEO and AI Search.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong prospecting, qualification, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, accountable, and goal-driven with a can-do attitude. Proactive in using new tools to improve productivity.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
  • Based in Indonesia (or within similar time zones) and comfortable working Singapore hours.

  • Engagement rates: Response and meeting booking rates from outreach sequences
  • Process excellence: Timely delivery of campaign milestones and assets
  • Data integrity: Maintaining a clean, trackable lead database in HubSpot
