Assisting head of marketing in implementing scalable marketing operations (PMO) for event activation & community building.
Ensure event leads enter proper nurture & scoring systems and support conversion of event-generated leads into pipeline
Optimizing lead journey from form submission to sales handover by building nurture flows (email, WhatsApp, retargeting) to warm leads before sales calls
Identify and analysis drop-offs between funnel stages to improve inbound lead to sales meeting or opportunity rate
Work closely with SDR and Sales teams to collect objection and quality feedback/sales insights to improve messaging, qualification, and nurturing
Manage lifecycle automation logic and lead routing to reduce ghosting and improve engagement post-signup
Job Requirements:
Candidates may come from marketing backgrounds, with 1-3 years of experience, including but not limited to:
Growth Marketing: Experience in campaign execution with strong exposure to project management, partnership coordination, and marketing operations.
Event & Community Marketing: Hands-on experience in community engagement, event coordination, outreach activities, and basic data tracking or reporting.
Marketing Associate / Marketing Executive: General marketing experience with solid foundations in project coordination, cross-team collaboration, and data management.
Possess strong data handling skills, with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and report marketing data accurately.
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, is flexible and adaptable, a quick learner, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
