Job Descriptions:
Manages a team of retention financial service that is responsible for the implementation of Mekari Flex App
Coordinate responsibilities and capacity planning for target fulfillments for their team
Oversees and supports multiple projects
Reviews external clients product demands, develops project plans and ensures that implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations
Collaborate with the system integration team to ensure compliance with all client requirements, provide appropriate training to clients, and ensure efficient implementation of all systems
Maintain all project plans, ensure timeframe compliance, collaborate with stakeholders for all implementation processes, and provide project status report updates
Create and monitor campaign execution to boost GMV
Requirements/Qualifications:
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Excellent problem-solving abilities, experience in managing complex tasks
Comfortable with numbers and meeting clients
Fast learner and independent
Having good interpersonal and teamwork skill
Experienced in financial product is a plus
Able to work under pressure
