Location: South Jakarta (Hybrid)
Prior Experience in Saas/ Software Industry is preferred
Language: Fluent in English
Responsibilities
- Full sales cycle rep, actively managing the sales process, including prospecting, positioning, presentation/demonstration of product, and closing both inbound and outbound deals
- Managing complex sales cycles and presenting to C-level executives the value of SleekFlow&aposs software
- A Hunter mindset - the role would require you to be resourceful when coming up with your territory plan, sourcing for leads & opportunities and being able to generate enough curiosity to land the crucial first meetings with the target Accounts.
- Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied and reference-able customers
- Demonstrating our product via video conferencing or on-site visit
- Involve in our South-East Asia Market Expansion
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in internet technology and eCommerce
Requirements
- Degree in Business or a related field preferred
- Experience carrying a quota and closing deals in software (business applications preferred) or technology sales
- Consistently over-achieved quota (top 5-10% of the company) in past positions
- High level of initiative and self-motivation. Attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Proven ability to work well within a team environment while accomplishing individual tasks
- High level of curiosity and empathy with the ability to understand a potential customer&aposs context, issues and pain points through effective questioning and listening
- Excellent attention to detail with a good understanding of the sales cycle and the importance of accurate pipelining and forecast reporting
Desired Skills
- Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous Sales Methodology training preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (written & verbal)
- Strong customer obsession attitude with evidence of taking independent and appropriate decisions for the customer
- Strong computer skills, including CRM, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- CRM (e.g. Hubspot) & marketing experience preferred
- Previous Experience in a startup is preferred
