  • Lead and manage a team of sales canvassers (±20 people: hunter & farmer)
  • Achieve targets based on 4 key pillars: acquisition, activation, transaction, and retention
  • Set, distribute, and ensure achievement of individual KPI targets across the team
  • Develop and execute area penetration strategies (Greater Jakarta & Bandung)
  • Manage team deployment and optimize area coverage
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance and implement improvement action plans
  • Conduct coaching, training, and performance management for the team
  • Actively involved in field activities (joint visits, on-ground support, closing)
  • Initiate activities to increase product awareness and market trust
  • Identify field challenges and formulate actionable solutions
  • Analyze performance data and develop insight-driven strategies
  • Prepare performance reports and provide recommendations to management

Job Specification

  • Bachelor's degree from any major (preferably business, management, or related fields)
  • Minimum 4–7 years of experience in sales, particularly in field sales / canvassing / distribution
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience leading a field sales team (as Supervisor / Area Sales Manager / Sales Manager)
  • Proven experience managing teams of at least 10–20 people
  • Experience in relevant industries such as PPOB, fintech, FMCG distribution, or agent/reseller-based services
  • Strong experience working with KPI-driven targets (acquisition, activation, transaction, retention)
  • Strong capability in developing territory and area penetration strategies
  • Experience in coaching, monitoring, and managing sales team performance
  • Basic data analysis skills for performance evaluation and decision-making
  • Hands-on experience in field sales execution (not purely managerial/reporting)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, especially with MSME/agent segments
  • Able to work under pressure and in a highly target-driven environment
  • High initiative in building market awareness and trust for new products
  • Willing to travel extensively across Greater Jakarta & Bandung

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing network within warung, agent, or MSME communities
  • Experience handling digital products (mobile credits, electricity tokens, vouchers, e-wallets, etc.)
  • Experience in building or scaling field sales teams
  • Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments
