Job Purpose :
To lead the development and execution of go-to-market and multi-channel distribution strategies for Home Business, driving channel performance, sales enablement, and incentive governance to achieve sustainable growth and operational excellence.
Main Responsibility :
- Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market and multi-channel distribution strategies to maximize sales coverage, efficiency, and customer reach.
- Orchestrate sales channel performance, analytics, and productivity management to ensure achievement of business and revenue targets.
- Lead channel enablement initiatives, including capability development, digital tools adoption, and process standardization to enhance execution excellence.
- Formulate incentive governance, rollout optimization, and performance evaluation to ensure fairness, motivation, and alignment with company objectives.
- Ensure the delivery of consistent messaging, seamless customer journeys, and aligned business growth initiatives, fostering cross-functional synergy to optimize customer value realization
