Job Purpose:
Coordinating the technology strategy roadmap, integrating necessary technological changes with business objectives, and creating a governance model to manage and control the use of technology within the corporate group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital & Technology Strategy : Responsible for identifying technology innovations (IT & OT) and creating a strategic roadmap aligned with ABM Group's goals and ESG standards. The role involves designing enterprise architecture, developing digital policies, managing cybersecurity risks, and governing centralized data platforms.
- Implementation & Control : Ensuring secure and quality systems/networks while monitoring the strategic technology roadmap implementation is key. A primary duty also involves guaranteeing the company's data platform operates optimally as a centralized source for the entire ABM Group.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum1012 years of work experience, including 5 years in a senior managerial position.
- Proven ability to design technology roadmaps, enterprise architecture, and digital strategies (IT & OT) aligned with corporate goals and ESG standards.
- Strong knowledge of centralized data governance, advanced analytics (AI/ML), cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity risk management.
- Extensive experience managing large-scale digital transformation projects and developing corporate-wide digital policies.
- Strong leadership skills to drive innovation across subsidiaries and engage effectively with executive stakeholders.
