Job Description

Responsibilities

⁠Design pitch decks, mockups, and visual materials to effectively communicate campaign ideas and strategies, including both static and motion-based assets.
Create layouts, infographics, and visual elements (2D & motion) that enhance storytelling in client presentations.
⁠Develop simple motion graphics (e.g., animated slides, transitions, short visual loops) to elevate the overall presentation experience.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (creative and account) to understand concepts, objectives, and visual requirements.
⁠Ensure all visual outputs—both static and motion—are aligned with the client's brand identity and design guidelines.
⁠Work collaboratively with the team, iterating designs based on feedback while maintaining quality and consistency across deliverables.

Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency or creative environment.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
⁠Basic proficiency in motion graphics (e.g., Adobe After Effects) for simple animations, transitions, or motion elements is a plus.
Strong visual storytelling skills with a good sense of layout, typography, and design aesthetics.
⁠Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
⁠Able to translate concepts and ideas into compelling visual outputs, both static and motion-based (2D).
⁠Understanding of business presentation, pitch deck creation, and corporate design needs is an advantage.
⁠Comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams (creative & account).
⁠Available to join ASAP and willing to work from office (WFO).
