Graphic Designer

As our Graphic Designer, you will be the creative visual storyteller responsible for shaping Velixir Parfums premium brand aesthetic across all digital and physical touchpoints. You will transform conceptual marketing briefs into high impact, jaw dropping visual assets that immediately capture public attention. Working closely with the copywriter and digital marketing teams, you will ensure that our visual output remains highly engaging, modern, consistent, and fully aligned with our brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Create highly aesthetic and conversion oriented visual designs for social media content, digital advertisements, and online marketplace banners.
• Develop compelling visual assets for product launches, marketing campaigns, and offline event promotional materials.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters and content creators to brainstorm and produce thumb stopping graphics that elevate our digital engagement.
• Retouch, color grade, and manipulate raw product photography to maintain a luxurious and consistent visual identity.
• Stay continuously updated with global design trends, modern typography styles, and beauty marketing visual layouts.
• Maintain a well organized digital library of all design assets, brand templates, and raw project files for seamless team access.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, or a highly related creative field, though an outstanding portfolio is heavily prioritized.
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within a fast paced fashion, beauty, agency, or lifestyle brand environment.
• Expert mastery of standard creative software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other primary design tools.
• Mandatory requirement to attach a professional portfolio link demonstrating versatile design skills, strong typography layout, and aesthetic color coordination.
• High attention to detail, strong aesthetic sense, and deep understanding of visual composition and consumer psychology.
• Ability to receive constructive feedback and adapt designs efficiently under tight deadlines in a high velocity startup environment.
