Role Overview:

Were looking for a Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life across custom cup designs, AI-generated product mockups, social media content, sell sheets, pitch decks, and our website. Youll collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to create assets that inspire customers, drive sales, and communicate our sustainability story.

Key Responsibilities:

• Custom Product Design - Create standout cup designs for customers and events
• AI Mockups - Use AI tools to produce realistic product visuals for pitches and marketing
• Social Media - Design scroll-stopping graphics and visuals for Instagram, LinkedIn, and more
• Sales Collateral - Build sell sheets, pitch decks, and presentations that close deals
• Website Content - Design and update graphics, banners, and product visuals for our site
• Brand Consistency - Ensure all creative work aligns with our brands look, feel, and voice

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma/Canva
• Experience creating both print and digital assets
• Familiarity with AI image generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALLE, Photoshop Generative Fill)
• Strong portfolio that shows creativity, attention to detail, and brand alignment
• Bonus: Experience in packaging design or B2B product marketing
