STARbies, our internship program, is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the beauty and skincare industry. You'll work closely with experienced professionals across various divisions, contributing to innovative projects while developing your skills and enhancing your knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Advertising or a related field.
• Posses 2+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work in the beauty industry or related fields.
• Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Must have motion graphic skills.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition, with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively present ideas and concepts to the team and stakeholders.
• A passion for the beauty industry and a keen awareness of current trends and consumer preferences

Responsibilities:

• Develop design and various creative materials for social media, marketing, and internal needs
• Brainstorm new, innovative, and creative ideas and concepts
• Think creatively and ideate innovative design concepts, layouts, and images with time constraints
• Create key visuals to support the marketing program
• Ensure good visual quality for all output of the marketing channel
