Cave Men's Grooming is looking for a talented and creative Freelance Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Freelance Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs for various projects on an as-needed basis. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design styles and techniques, including the ability to create simple motion graphics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing designs for print, digital media, social media, and other marketing materials on a project basis.
- Develop unique concepts, graphics, and layouts that align with our brand identity and objectives.
- Create simple and compelling motion graphics, animations, and video content. Transform static designs into dynamic visual experiences to enhance user engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality output within agreed timelines.
- Proficiently use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and stay updated with the latest design trends and tools.
- Ensure all designs and motion graphics are high-quality, accurate, and aligned with brand standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field (preferred, not mandatory for strong portfolios).
- 12 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within retail personal care or men's grooming (fresh graduates with strong portfolios or internship experience are welcome to apply).
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a portfolio showcasing diverse design styles and motion graphics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Ability to create simple motion graphics and animations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented, creative, and able to manage multiple freelance projects simultaneously.
- Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
