Were seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to lead the development of both print and digital design assets that support our marketing, sales, and branding efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Design high-quality visual materials for both digital and print, including brochures, banners, flyers, merchandise, signage, social media posts, and ad creatives.
- Develop engaging and high-converting creatives that support brand awareness, lead generation, and sales, ensuring visuals not only look good but drive results.
- Translate performance data and market insights into clear, effective, and compelling visuals that communicate key messages quickly and clearly.
- Support our social media and content team with visuals optimized for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create and edit short-form video content for social platforms and promotional materials.
- Lead the preparation and quality assurance of files for printing, coordinating with print vendors to ensure excellent production standards and timely delivery.
- Conduct material checks and proofing for printed assets to maintain color, alignment, and overall brand consistency.
- Organize and manage our creative asset libraries, templates, and brand kits.
- Stay updated with industry design trends and propose new creative approaches that elevate our brand presence.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, or similar rolepreferably in real estate, architecture, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro or After Effects).
- Proven ability to create designs that convert, not just engagedeep understanding of visual hierarchy, UX principles, and marketing psychology.
- Skilled in preparing print-ready files and managing quality control for printed marketing materials.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms (especially Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube) and how to adapt design for each format.
- Experience with basic video editing for social content (e.g. reels, short ads).
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication skillsable to receive feedback and work well across marketing, sales, and creative teams.
