Monroe Consulting Group is looking for an experienced and highly creative Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual execution across brand, product, and marketing initiatives. This role requires strong conceptual thinking, excellent design craftsmanship, and the ability to translate brand values into compelling visuals across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute high-quality visual designs aligned with the company's global brand identity
- Create marketing and promotional materials including digital assets, print materials, social media content, event visuals, and product-related designs
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and regional teams to deliver cohesive visual storytelling
- Lead design projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring quality, consistency, and timelines are met
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all touchpoints
- Provide creative direction and constructive feedback to junior designers or external vendors when required
- Stay up to date with design trends, sports branding, and visual innovation relevant to a global sports brand
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in sports, lifestyle, or consumer brands
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, marketing, and multi-platform design work
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); motion or video skills are a plus
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working with regional or global teams is an advantage
