Graphic Designer

We're looking for a Graphic Designer with a strong focus on Brand Identity & Visual Branding. This role is responsible for developing compelling visual identities that align with the company's brand direction, values, and business objectives.

The ideal candidate has strong conceptual thinking, excellent visual execution skills, and the ability to translate brand strategy into impactful visual communication across various platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong brand identities and visual systems for the company and its business units.
• Create logo designs, visual concepts, and branding materials aligned with brand strategy and positioning.
• Ensure consistency of visual identity across all online and offline touchpoints.
• Design and develop brand guidelines, visual standards, and branding assets.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and cross-functional teams to execute branding initiatives and campaigns.
• Translate business goals and brand philosophy into compelling visual communication.
• Review and improve existing branding materials to maintain a modern, consistent, and high-quality visual standard.
• Stay updated with design trends, branding strategies, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• 3 -5 years of experience in graphic & visual design, with strong focus on branding & visual identity
• Solid understanding of branding strategy, including the philosophy and concept behind logo and visual identity development.
• Strong visual sense with excellent attention to detail.
• Experienced in creating brand guidelines and branding assets.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding and identity design projects.
