Graphic designer
Full-Time, On-Site Role – Bali, Indonesia
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. This is a full-time, on-site position. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, the ability to develop concepts independently, and thrives in a collaborative international environment.
Responsibilities
- Design marketing materials for both digital and print, including social media content, advertisements, company profiles, brochures, websites, and other brand collateral.
- Contribute to branding projects and maintain consistency across all visual communications.
- Create visually compelling content aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Develop creative concepts and ideas from brief to execution, while collaborating with the marketing manager and international team.
- Produce basic video content for social media, including Instagram Reels and other short-form formats.
- Stay up to date with design, marketing, and social media trends.
- Ensure all work is delivered to a high standard with exceptional attention to detail.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing, and design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and Figma.
- Basic video editing skills.
- Ability to generate creative ideas and solutions independently.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural, and international environment.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Bonus skills
- Motion graphics and animation experience.
- Experience working with luxury hospitality, lifestyle, food & beverage, or design-focused brands.
