About The Role
We are looking for an exceptional
Graphic Designer to join our
Proof Team - not just to fill a seat, but to raise the bar.
This role is critical to our operations. You will be responsible for creating precise, production-ready artwork proofs for promotional and customizable products. Accuracy, speed, and attention to detail are non-negotiable.
We are not hiring for volume we are hiring for quality. We are looking for designers who take pride in pixel-perfect layouts, technical precision, and delivering flawless proofs that move seamlessly into production.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Creating accurate artwork proofs for client approval
- Preparing print-ready files that meet all technical specifications
- Ensuring correct sizing, bleed, color mode (CMYK/RGB), and resolution
- Maintaining strict alignment with client brand guidelines
- Reviewing layouts for spacing, typography, and visual consistency
- Managing multiple proofs daily without compromising quality
- Collaborating with Sales, Design, and Production teams to avoid errors and delays
What We're Looking For
- Strong foundation in graphic design principles
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (mandatory)
- Solid working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Experience working with product templates and print specifications
- Deep understanding of print-ready file preparation
- Exceptional attention to detail you catch what others miss
- Ability to work efficiently under deadline pressure
- Strong communication skills in a remote environment

Work Schedule
- 6 working days per week
- 1 rest day (Saturday or Sunday CDT)
- Fixed 8-hour shifts
