Our client is a leading, digital-forward insurance provider dedicated to changing the way people feel about insurance by delivering innovative and customer-led protective solutions. As they continue to scale their digital and regional presence, they are seeking a versatile, remote-based Designer for a 1-year contract position. This role is essential in bridging the gap between graphical design and visual communication, working closely with the UI/UX team to deliver cohesive, exceptional brand experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Delivery: Handle requirements completely from initial ideation, illustration, and image sourcing to production and final delivery.
- Collateral & Asset Creation: Support brand, product, and design teams with product launch documents, including brochures, leaflets, email templates, digital/sales banners, welcome letters, and policy illustrations.
- UI & Digital Assets: Produce highly engaging graphics and user interfaces (UI) for web and mobile consumers, ensuring visual appeal and flawless functionality.
- Brand Refresh & Alignment: Update and refresh existing creative assets to ensure absolute compliance with the updated corporate Brand Policy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with UI/UX designers, core team members, and regional stakeholders to translate briefs into compelling visuals.
- Multi-Format Output: Deliver creative assets in an array of required formats, balancing creative execution with clear, tactical marketing messages.
Requirements:
- Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Generative AI Proficiency: Experience utilizing generative AI tools (such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL-E, or Adobe Firefly) to streamline ideation, concept generation, or visual asset creation.
- Design Versatility: Solid experience spanning both digital UI layout (web and mobile) and traditional print production (brochures, layouts, and leaflets).
- Multimedia Capability: Ability to easily produce artwork across static, video (MP4/MOV), and interactive (HTML5/GIF) formats.
- Tactical Thinking: Exceptional capability to follow strict Brand Policy guidelines while ensuring designs convey effective marketing messages.
- Execution & Autonomy: Proven track record of handling the complete creative workflow from raw concept to finalized asset delivery.
Nice-to-Have:
- Cross-Border Experience: Prior experience collaborating remotely with cross-border or regional stakeholders (e.g., Singapore business units).
- Industry Familiarity: Previous experience designing marketing collateral or policy documentation within the insurance, fintech, or financial services sectors.
- Agility: Comfort managing rapid turnarounds for ad-hoc design, production requests, and dynamic campaign updates.
