Luceria is a young company focusing on the production of Gelato and Pastry Products. We sell our products directly to consumers online and to businesses through partnerships or events. Our customers have included restaurant chains, four and five-star hotels, event/wedding organizers, museums, hospitals, and even professional sports teams.

Job Description:

• Develop both digital and packaging designs that are both engaging to our customers and fitting to our regulatory compliance
• Work with our founder and the content team to plan and execute content uploads on our social media platform accounts
• Create stunning company profile presentations for our marketing and sales team to pitch towards prospective customers
• Create an appealing theme and moodboard for product photoshoots
• Design other graphic assets as needed
• Do frequent research on what design trends are happening
• Get to know Lucy the Bird, our beloved mascot

Qualifications:

• MOST IMPORTANT: You have a passion to create designs that make people engaged (getting them to feel emotions: joy, sadness, anger, curiosity, etc.). A design that cannot make its audience engaged is not an effective design. (We will test you this on the interview)
• SECOND MOST IMPORTANT: You have the technical skills to create your design visions into reality; proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and additional tools such as Blender, CorelDRAW, or Adobe 3D is a must. (WE will test you this on the interview)
• Minimum Bachelors Degree. Fresh Graduates are welcomed. Experience in F&B and/or retail industry is a plus
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Plus points for other languages
• Minimum basic knowledge of how Instagram and Tiktok works
• Bonus points for experience with Capcut or other video editing tools for Instagram Reels & Tiktok
