Job Description

The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms.

Responsibilities :

  • Create and develop visual designs for marketing, branding, promotional, and communication materials across digital and print media.
  • Design creative assets for social media, e-commerce platforms, websites, advertisements, and in-store promotional materials.
  • Ensure all design outputs are aligned with the company's brand guidelines and visual identity.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into effective visual communications.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.
  • Revise and improve designs based on feedback while maintaining design quality and consistency.
  • Prepare final artwork files for digital publishing and print production.
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve creative output.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in retail, FMCG, fashion, beauty, e-commerce, or creative agency environments.
  • Fresh graduates with exceptional portfolios may also be considered.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Basic understanding of photography, image editing, and content creation.
  • Understanding of digital design requirements for social media and e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong creativity and visual storytelling ability.
  • Good attention to detail and aesthetics.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs.
