Who is this job for
We are looking for a Freelance/Part-Time Graphic Designer who understands that great design isn't just about aestheticsit's about performance. We need someone who can translate marketing strategies into high-converting visual assets for social media.

Job Responsibilities
Ad Creative Production
Design high-converting visual assets for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Display, and TikTok.
Create various formats including static image ads, carousels, and basic motion graphics/GIFs.
Adapt a single creative concept into multiple dimensions and aspect ratios (1:1, 9:16, 4:5).

Creative Strategy & Iteration
Collaborate with our Performance Marketers to turn campaign briefs into visual hooks.
Iterate on designs based on performance data (e.g., Design B outperformed Design A, let's double down on that style).
Stay updated on the latest ad design trends and platform-specific requirements.

Project Management
Manage your own workflow to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain organized source files and deliver clean, high-quality exports.

What You Bring to the Table
Portfolio Required: A strong portfolio showcasing digital ad designs (Static & Motion) that drive engagement.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English (bonus if you have experience presenting to clients).
Experience: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Figma.
Marketing Sense: An understanding of Direct Response designknowing how to highlight USPs and CTAs effectively.
Communication: Good verbal and written communication in English (to understand briefs and regional context).
Reliability: Ability to work independently and deliver projects on time without constant hand-holding.
Location: Based in Indonesia (Remote).

Bonus Skills (Not Required, but Great to Have!):
Experience with Motion Graphics (After Effects or Premiere Pro).
Experience using AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, etc.) to speed up the creative process.
Understanding of UI/UX principles for landing page design.
