Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graphic Designer at Bamboo Blonde's location in Kerobokan, Bali. Responsible for creating visually appealing designs that align with the brand's identity and vision. Daily tasks include developing graphics, creating branded materials, and working on finished projects across both print and digital, web and socials.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver creative projects across digital, print, events, and out-of-home (OOH) channels

Conceptualise and execute on-brand creative across EDMs, websites, apps, social media, paid campaigns, and print collateral

Translate briefs into visually compelling, trend-aware, and commercially effective design solutions

Maintain a high standard of visual quality and brand consistency across all touchpoints, including digital, social, video, event collateral, and large-format assets (e.g. billboards and in-store signage)

Contribute to creative ideation through brainstorms, mood boards, and campaign pitch presentations

Apply strong conceptual thinking to shape and elevate the visual direction across a variety of formats

Manage projects end-to-end, balancing multiple briefs while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Adapt quickly to changing priorities and tight turnarounds while maintaining strong attention to detail

Collaborate closely with all teams to deliver cohesive and impactful creative outcomes

Qualifications

Proficiency in full service Graphic Design - print / digital / web / socials

Experience in Branding and creating cohesive on-trend visual identities

Strong skills in Typography and layout design

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)

Ability to interpret creative briefs and develop innovative and functional designs

Excellent attention to detail and understanding of current design trends

Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines efficiently

Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred

Prior experience in the fashion or lifestyle industry is a PLUS
