We're hiring a Social Media Manager & Graphic Designer who combines creative instinct with strategic thinking. You understand that a great visual is only half the job the other half is knowing why it works and how to make it perform. In 2026, you also know how to use AI tools to move faster without cutting corners on quality.

What you'll own

Develop and execute monthly social media content plans across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok
Create original visual content: static posts, carousels, Reels/short-form video assets, Stories
Use AI tools (Claude, Canva AI, CapCut AI, or similar) to accelerate content production without sacrificing brand quality
Write copy that is on-brand, engaging, and built for each platform's native behaviour
Monitor community engagement and manage interactions for client accounts
Track performance metrics and produce monthly content reports
Work closely with the Full-Stack Digital Marketer to align organic and paid content

What we're looking for

2+ years of experience in social media management and graphic design (agency preferred)
Strong portfolio showing both design quality and platform-native content thinking
Proficient with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere or CapCut a plus)
Comfortable using AI tools for copy drafting, image generation, and video editing you use them to work smarter, not to replace thinking
Solid understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn algorithms and best practices
Copywriting skills in English clear, concise, audience-aware
Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously without dropping quality
Based in Bali or willing to relocate
