Key Responsibilities:
- Create visual designs for employer branding needs, including social media content, campaign materials, and internal communications.
- Capture photos and videos during content production sessions.
- Handle video editing and post-production to produce engaging and high-quality content.
- Coordinate with talents or participants involved in content creation.
- Manage and execute design requests from internal stakeholders across different departments.
- Support and operate OBS tools for online townhall or live streaming events.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Strong skills in design & video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Adobe Lightroom, Capcut, Canva or similar).
- Common knowledge of photo/video production and shooting techniques.
- Familiar with OBS or other live streaming tools for online events.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple design requests.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
