Shivanna is seeking a designer who can translate brand values into a strong and consistent visual language across all touchpoints, while also managing and growing our social media presence. This role combines hands-on creative execution with day-to-day social media management, with strong visual sensitivity required for luxury positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently execute all creative-related scope-of-work for all marketing activities, from ideation to production
- Conceptualize, design and produce high quality and innovative creative work, in line with brands guidelines and able to appeal and engage the target audience
- Ensure that all productions are in line with brand identity, budget, quality and deadlines
- Manage, edit and maintain a wide variety of projects including, but not limited to brand identity, digital and print collaterals, event materials, presentations, photos and videos production.
- Collaborate with other teams to devise and develop ideas for the products launches and campaigns
- Keep abreast of latest design trends and technology and apply it in creative work proposal
- Organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced and result-driven environment
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Art, Graphic Design, Creative Multimedia, Advertising, or related field
- Minimum three years of relevant working experience, preferably in creative agencies, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, and Adobe Lightroom
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, print, photo, and video work
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands
- Good English copywriting skills
- Able to work independently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
- Comfortable receiving feedback and refining work to meet brand and business objectives
