The Graduated Management Trainee Staff role at VIFX Jakarta Satrio is a full-time, on-site position based in Jakarta, Indonesia. In this role, you will undergo a structured training program to gain a comprehensive understanding of financial strategies, market analysis, and business operations. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, learning financial and risk management techniques, and participating in presentations. This role is designed to develop leadership skills and prepare you for management responsibilities in a competitive financial environment.

• Strong foundation in Financial Analysis, Market Research, and Strategic Thinking
• Proficiency in Communication, Presentation, and Leadership skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to adapt quickly, learn new concepts, and work effectively under pressure
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage
• Previous internship or experience in finance or management is beneficial but not mandatory
