Position: Graduate Nurse / Personal Care Assistant

Schedule: Weekdays, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
Role Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable nursing graduate to provide daily care and support for a mother and her 1monthold baby. The role is based in Surabaya and requires someone who can assist with both maternal and infant care during daytime hours.
Responsibilities
- Support the mother with postnatal recovery and daily routines.
- Assist in caring for a newborn, including feeding support, hygiene, and comfort.
- Monitor health/wellbeing and provide basic nursing knowledge when needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing environment for both mother and child.
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with the family.
Requirements
- Must have a Nursing or associated Bachelors Degree (fresh graduates or students seeking internships welcome).
- Experience or knowledge in maternal and infant care preferred.
- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to detail.
- Able to work fulltime weekdays, 9.00 am 6.00 pm.
- Currently based in Surabaya with own transport.
