Track: Warehouse, Supply Chain & Logistics
Location: Jakarta (WFO)
Responsibilities
- Learn and support daily operations across warehouse, supply chain, and logistics functions.
- Assist in inventory management, stock accuracy, and warehouse SOP compliance.
- Support end-to-end supply chain processes including vendor coordination, demand planning, and procurement activities.
- Assist in transportation coordination, shipment monitoring, and logistics documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams across WH, SC, and logistics to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Participate in process improvement and cost efficiency projects under senior guidance.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate from any bachelor's degree; Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration is a plus.
- Graduation period: January 2025 September 2026.
- Internship experience in Warehouse, Supply Chain, or Logistics is preferred; experience across more than one area is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with WMS systems is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Mandarin speaking ability is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn.
- Willing to work WFO in Jakarta.
