Graduate Internship - User Experience Designer

User Experience (UX) design is at the core of what we do. The job of a User Experience Designer is to understand our customer's pain points and needs, conceptualize a solution, and bring that vision to life in a way that is intuitive, pleasant, and refined.

In this role, you'll turn difficult processes and workflows into easy-to-use and flexible designscatering to both first-time users and sophisticated experts. This will require you to collaborate with a cross-functional team, including product managers, software engineers, and others across our officesfrom understanding requirements to creating flow diagrams, and even mockups (if needed) that will need to be reviewed by many! At each stage, you will anticipate what our users need and advocate for them.

• Practice communication and teamwork skills.
• Be considered for a full-time employment role, or receive certificate of acknowledgment (for those who made a favorable impression). Future employment candidates who can show the certificate shall be prioritized.
• Receive financial compensation during the internship period.

Responsibilities:

• Help define the features of the products at a requirements level.
• Work with stakeholders and domain experts to gather details of the requirements.
• Document the requirements in a standard format.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A degree in business analysis, product design, or an equivalent field is a plus.
• Familiarity with software development processes such as requirement gathering, analysis, etc.
• Highly motivated, proactive, strong team player, with a good ability to multi-task and re-prioritize as necessary.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work on tight schedules.
• Excellent communication skills
• Committed to join the Internship Program for at least 6 months
• Candidates must be willing to participate in the onsite internship program in Salatiga.
