Project Management Officer
About The Role
As a PMO at Yayasan GoTo Merah Putih, youll play a key role in designing and driving programs that uplift the well-being of our driver partners. You will be responsible for turning vision into actionoverseeing end-to-end program execution, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering measurable impact. Youll work closely with internal stakeholders across GoTo and external partners to bring the foundations mission to life
Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead strategic programs aimed at improving the welfare of driver partners.
- Translate vision into actionable plans and drive seamless day-to-day execution of foundation initiatives.
- Develop and implement the foundations branding and marketing strategy to build public awareness and credibility.
- Manage cross-functional coordination across teams and partners to ensure timely and effective program delivery.
- Monitor program outcomes, prepare reports, and continuously optimize for greater impact.
- Own the foundations work planning, timeline tracking, and budget management.
- Act as the central point of accountability for aligning the foundations goals with GoTos broader ecosystem impact.
Key Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in program management, strategic operations, or social impact-related roles.
- Proven track record in leading end-to-end program execution, ideally in foundations, NGOs, or CSR functions.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.
- Excellent communication and storytelling ability, especially for public engagement and internal alignment.
- Experience in branding or marketing for impact-driven programs is a strong plus.
- High ownership, hands-on mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Deep empathy and understanding of grassroots communities or driver partner ecosystem is preferred.

We design and deliver high-impact programs focused on well-being, resilience, and opportunity.
