Job Description

We are looking for a Google Ads & SEO Lead Generation Specialist who is highly focused on performance and results. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to generate high-quality leads (not ecommerce) through well-structured Google Ads campaigns, strong keyword intent, and optimized landing pages.

You will be responsible for owning the entire lead generation funnel, from keyword research to conversion tracking and lead optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads Search campaigns focused on lead generation
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research based on search intent and local markets
  • Write high-converting search ad copy aligned with landing pages
  • Set up and manage conversion tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager, form tracking, call tracking)
  • Optimize campaigns based on Cost Per Lead (CPL) and lead quality
  • Improve Quality Score, ad relevance, and landing page performance
  • Collaborate on or manage landing page optimization and CRO
  • Implement basic on-page SEO for local service and lead generation pages
  • Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads Search for lead generation (non-ecommerce)
  • Proven ability to build local or on-island lead generation campaigns from scratch
  • Deep understanding of keyword intent, match types, and search behavior
  • Experience optimizing campaigns based on CPL and conversion quality
  • Solid understanding of Quality Score, landing page relevance, and CRO principles
  • Experience managing the full funnel: keyword ad landing page lead
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads for lead generation
  • Proven experience working with local or service-based businesses (tourism, hospitality, real estate, clinics, rehabilitation centers, etc.)
  • Demonstrated track record of generating consistent leads at a profitable CPL
  • Ability to share real campaign examples and results (CPL, lead volume, niche)

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in tourism, island, or destination markets
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp-based or CRM lead follow-up systems
  • Experience using landing page builders (WordPress, Webflow, Framer)
