Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Sales, Retail Marketing, and Product Planning teams to align product strategies, displays, and budget plans.
  • Assist in identifying new products, drive product launches, and execute campaigns and roadshows to support market strategies.
  • Analyze customer characteristics and conduct channel mapping for targeted product distribution.
  • Lead product introduction efforts, focusing on sales growth, and analyze competitor campaigns for pricing and promotional insights.
  • Collaborate with the Market Analyst Team to implement PSI (Production, Sales, and Inventory) strategies.

Qualifications

  • Min. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Min. 2 years of experience in product marketing or a related role.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis and business development.
  • Experience in project management and campaign execution.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Customer-Obsessed, with an ability to develop market strategies.
