Establish campaign frameworks, planning tools, and performance standards to guide all title marketing initiatives.
Lead annual and quarterly title marketing roadmaps, integrating content pipelines with marketing and audience growth objectives.
Campaign Management
Oversee end-to-end campaign lifecycles; from pre-launch strategy and creative direction to post-launch optimization.
Set campaign KPIs, track performance, and translate insights into actionable improvements to drive viewership and engagement.
Ensure title campaigns are data-informed and reflect market trends, audience behavior, and competitive positioning.
Team & Organizational Leadership
Build, lead, and mentor a team with clear role definitions, performance metrics, and development plans.
Foster collaboration across internal marketing teams (Creative, PR, Social, KOL, Partnership and Product Marketing).
Stakeholder Management
Work with Content, programming, creative, social, data teams and others to ensure title positioning and go-to-market plans are audience-first and business-driven.
Manage relationships with production houses to ensure campaign excellence.
Collaborate with sales team to find revenue opportunities.
Collaborate with Finance and Procurement on budget planning, vendor evaluation, and cost optimization.
Always-On Campaigns
Strategize campaigns with focus on user retention and LTV.
Develop long-term marketing strategies for licensed content to sustain engagement and visibility throughout the year.
Identify opportunities for cross-promotion across multiple titles to maximize impact.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in marketing, entertainment marketing, or OTT/content promotion.
Able to translate data into strategy and creative direction.
Proven experience in entertainment or streaming platform marketing, with deep understanding of audience lifecycle and content positioning.
Strong command of marketing analytics, consumer insights, and campaign performance metrics.
Proficiency in budget management, workflow design, and cross-functional project leadership.
Understanding of creative strategy, content lifecycle, and promotional ecosystems in the OTT or film/series industry.
