Overview
Asiacruit BPO is seeking a dedicated and proactive Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple regions, building strong talent pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, and delivering a positive candidate experience that supports the company's global growth objectives. The ideal candidate combines hands-on sourcing and selection expertise with strong stakeholder management, cultural awareness, and a data-informed approach to hiring.
Essential Responsibilities
- Owner of full-cycle recruitment: Manage requisition intake, job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, offer management, and onboarding handoffs for roles across functions and geographies.
- Strategic sourcing: Proactively build and maintain diverse talent pipelines using direct sourcing, job boards, social media, referrals, and partnerships with universities and agencies.
- Stakeholder partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to define role requirements, hiring timelines, and selection criteria; provide market insights and recruiting strategy recommendations.
- Candidate experience: Ensure timely, respectful, and consistent communication with candidates throughout the process; represent the employer brand positively at every touchpoint.
- Assessment and selection: Conduct structured interviews, competency assessments, and reference checks; ensure selection decisions align with company values and hiring best practices.
- Hiring operations: Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the applicant tracking system (ATS); manage offer approvals, background checks, and onboarding documentation.
- Diversity, equity, and inclusion: Drive inclusive sourcing practices and support initiatives to increase diverse representation across the workforce.
- Recruiting metrics and continuous improvement: Track KPIs such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and sourcing channel effectiveness; analyze data and recommend process improvements.
- Employer branding & recruitment marketing: Support local and global employer branding efforts, attend recruitment events, and develop content to attract top talent.
- Compliance and confidentiality: Ensure recruitment practices comply with local employment laws and internal policies; handle confidential information with discretion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally with exposure to international or multi-region hiring.
- Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment tools; comfortable maintaining accurate data and producing recruitment reports.
- Strong sourcer skills with proven ability to find and engage passive candidates across channels.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills; able to build credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
- Cultural sensitivity and experience working with diverse teams across time zones.
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking recruiting metrics and using data to drive decisions.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Familiarity with local employment laws and hiring compliance in multiple jurisdictions preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours occasionally to accommodate different time zones.
