The Engineer who will co-work with Lenovo GE test engineering China team and WW Quality team, is responsible for product test requirements and coverage, supporting test processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety within the EMS plant. She/He works to ensure E2E test process, test fixture/equipment are functioning optimally while maintaining test flow and compliance with test standardization. Additionally, the role involves the design and development of test tools and scripts. as well as responsibilities related to test engineering, including testing issue analysis, testing work instruction updates and training of EMS TE. Lead the project and conduct with the EMS to develop test process and new test fixture preparation of new product. She/He will take the NPI related on-site trouble shooting and issue collection/analyzing. She/He will take the Indonesia PT.SN level-1 On-Site Support. She/He will support new test requirement and maintenance in test process readiness tracking and related technical issues handling, drive product quality improvement with testing technology. She/He will work with EMS Function team making the Continue-Improvement Plan and Drive the EMS make it happened. (the optimization of manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.)
