Job Overview

The Global Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing international marketing strategies, driving export market growth, and building brand presence across key overseas regions, particularly in Japan. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing and business objectives, ensuring sustainable growth and strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead global marketing strategies to expand export markets.
  • Drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and market positioning in international B2B markets.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with distributors and clients abroad, especially in Japan.
  • Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure consistent marketing execution.
  • Oversee marketing performance, budgeting, and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B marketing within the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience in export marketing; familiarity with the Japanese market is a strong advantage.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
