Our Sourcing Team provides support for regional and corporate projects. We are in contact with local, regional and global finance and procurement teams to collaborate and innovate. Our services include collecting and analyzing company spend data and commercial sourcing management in order to achieve the best contractual conditions and best results for the company.
Partner with the best
As a Global ITO & Strategic Sourcing, you're to manage the buying process for a given set of goods. You're to apply sourcing policy, interface between supplier and entity with respect to specifications and budgets. Understands concepts, methods, procedures and approaches.
As a Global ITO & Strategic Sourcing, you will be responsible for:
- Actively contribute to a culture of Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Quality. Support cross-functional teams with accurate and timely HSE and Quality reporting, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Driving end-to-end supplier selection and onboarding for New Product Development (NPD), ensuring alignment with technical specifications, capacity planning, and quality benchmarks. Facilitate supplier capability assessments and risk mitigation strategies.
- Owning the strategic roadmap for assigned commodities, integrating market intelligence, cost modeling, and supplier innovation. Ensure optimal performance across New Product Introduction (NPI) and Order-to-Remittance (OTR) cycles, while supporting long-term supply chain resilience and strategic partnerships.
- Leading sourcing programs focused on cost reduction, deflation, lead time optimization, and Best-Cost Country (BCC) sourcing. Collaborate with other functions or team to improve cash flow initiatives through rebate structures, payment term negotiations, and inventory strategies.
- Partnering with Tender Managers to develop costbook strategies and deliver competitive, accurate, and timely tender pricing. Provide sourcing insights and supplier quotations to strengthen bid positioning and margin optimization.
- Monitoring supplier KPIs across quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability. Implement corrective action plans and continuous improvement frameworks. Ensure compliance with global procurement policies, ethical sourcing standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Working closely with Engineering, Quality, Finance, Legal, and Operations to align sourcing decisions with business goals. Facilitate early supplier involvement in design and innovation stages to accelerate time-to-market.
- Utilizing procurement platforms, spend analytics, and supplier databases to identify opportunities, track performance, and support data-driven decision-making. Contribute to digital transformation initiatives in strategic sourcing.
- Integrating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) criteria into sourcing strategies. Promote supplier diversity, carbon footprint reduction, and responsible sourcing practices.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 3-4 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing).
- Have good Experience in the ITO (Tender) process projects business and commercial discipline
- Have strong oral and written communication skills.
- Have proven analytical, problem-solving and process management skills.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and ERP, Oracle and SAP Ariba applications
