About the role:
Contract period until June 2026, working in a hybrid arrangement.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of local statutory financial statements for CAPEX and financial reporting package to the World Headquarters on a timely basis as well as their compliance to local and global policies for Indonesia Business
- Monthly Manual Journal for CAPEX
- Closing Checklist for CAPEX
- Review Transfer Asset, Disposal asset & Run depreciation activity
- BS Reconciliation (MR) for CAPEX Related
- FXA register & Sharing Aset Tax to User
- Capital Spend (Document reporting for YTD asset movement)
- Prepare & review Blackline for CAPEX
- Monitoring 204 CAPX
- Asset Verification
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree minimum, Masters Degree an advantage, majoring in Finance / Accounting
- Min 3 years of working experience in CAPEX/Fixed Assets area
- Excel, PowerPoint, Financial Analysis, technical accounting skills, and understanding of accounting principles (especially on CAPEX/ Fixed Assets) including local GAAP and US GAAP.
- Corporate governance practices and procedures, communicator, knowledge and understanding of corporate governance practices and procedures.
- Sense of ownership, responsible, meticulous, Strong drive & high energy (get jobs done attitude), hands-on and pragmatic, independent and proactive, Strong analytical thinking and passionate for results, with abundant passion/curiosity for learning.
