We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Practitioner to deliver comprehensive medical care, including patient consultations, diagnosis, treatment, and appropriate referrals. As the Doctor in Charge, this role entails overseeing medical staff, ensuring high-quality healthcare services, and maintaining accurate medical records. The position also plays a key role in supporting clinic growth through the development of health programs, research participation, and building strong patient relationships.
Scope of Work:
- Provide medical consultation by reviewing patient history, conducting examinations, diagnosing conditions, and delivering appropriate treatment or referrals.
- Educate patients on medication usage, including potential side effects, best practices, and drug interactions.
- Collaborate with nurses, technicians, and other medical professionals to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.
- Accurately collect, document, and maintain patient information, including medical history, reports, and examination results.
- Supervise and mentor medical staff, including nurses and administrative personnel.
- Participate in research initiatives as commissioned by management.
- Maintain flexibility to accommodate varying schedules and patient needs.
- Actively contribute to clinic growth by attracting new patients through consultations, referrals, and community engagement.
- Design and implement health programs for corporate clients and individuals to enhance clinic traffic and revenue.
- Provide recommendations for service improvements and new product offerings.
- Serve as the Person-in-Charge (PIC) for compiling and reviewing Medical Check-Up (MCU) results and recommendations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree or equivalent from an accredited medical program.
- Valid medical license and professional certification.
- Minimum 23 years of experience managing a clinic or providing general healthcare services.
- Proven ability in project management, including planning, implementation, and strategic development initiatives for clinic growth.
- Strong leadership, administrative, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a patient-centered approach.
