Role Overview

As General Manager, you will act as the senior operational leader, fully responsible for the day-to-day management, operational performance, and execution quality of the platform.

Representing the Founder on a daily basis, you will have full authority to build internal structures, drive execution, coordinate external partners, and ensure that all projects, teams, and processes operate in line with the platform's standards and long-term vision.

This is a founding and mission-critical role, sitting at the core of the platform's ability to scale, maintain execution discipline, and build long-term investor trust.

Key responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Act as the primary day-to-day leader of the platform, representing the Founder in operational matters
• Hold full accountability for operational performance, execution quality, and delivery across all active projects
• Build and implement internal structures, SOPs, workflows, and accountability frameworks
• Establish operating rhythms including planning, execution tracking, reporting, and follow-ups

Business & Platform Development

• Translate strategic direction from the Founder into clear, executable operational plans
• Structure and manage deal flow pipelines involving developers, landowners, and advisors
• Support investor onboarding processes, reporting systems, and communication flows
• Ensure the platform is positioned and operated as a premium, trusted investment vehicle

Team & Partner Management

• Coordinate and manage external partners including legal counsel, finance teams, notaries, consultants, and advisors
• Prepare, onboard, and manage early internal hires (project management, investment analysis, operations)
• Ensure alignment and execution quality across all stakeholders involved in each project

Governance & Execution Quality

• Monitor operational KPIs related to timelines, execution standards, partner performance, and internal efficiency
• Identify execution risks, operational gaps, and structural weaknesses, and resolve them decisively
• Ensure that every project is delivered in line with approved investment theses and governance frameworks

Founder Extension

• Act as the Founder's right hand in daily decision-making
• Take ownership of operational and execution decisions within agreed mandates
• Escalate strategically, not operationally, allowing leadership to focus on capital, vision, and long-term positioning

Qualifications

• Minimum 7-12 years of experience in general management, operations leadership, business building, or scale-up environments
• Background in real estate, investments, startups, consulting, or platform-based businesses
• Proven experience building structures, teams, and processes from early or growth-stage environments
• Strong executor with a calm, structured, and reliable leadership style
• High level of independence, ownership, and decision-making capability
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and non-corporate environments
• Strong understanding of governance, accountability, and execution discipline
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English and Indonesian language proficiency strongly preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset, this is not a corporate management role
