Job Description- Strategic Leadership:
- Drive business growth and profitability in Indonesia.
- Develop and execute strategies for sales, production, and sourcing.
- Operational Management:
- Oversee factory operations
- Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
- Commercial & Sales:
- Expand market share in manufacturing and FMCG sectors.
- Build strong client relationships and negotiate contracts.
- Financial Accountability:
- Full P&L ownership; budgeting and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with financial and reporting standards.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead by example; coach and develop direct reports.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable team culture.
- Reporting:
- Prepare clear reports and proposals for the Board.
The Successful Applicant
- 12+ years experience in managing a manufacturing plant
- Hands on in HR, Finance, operational, an sales
- English is a must
- Proven leadership in production or sales within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
- Experience working in or with a Western company environment.
