Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager of Marketing and Operations, located in Surabaya. The General Manager will oversee daily marketing and operations functions, ensuring the implementation of effective marketing strategies and smooth operational processes. Responsibilities include managing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, coordinating with the sales team, and handling project management tasks. Additionally, the General Manager will play a key role in developing and maintaining customer relationships while driving business growth.

• Was in the same position for minimum 2 years
• Proficient in Project Management
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong Analytical skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Experience in the beauty or healthcare industry is a plus
