General Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced F&B General Manager to lead and oversee multi-outlet food and beverage operations in Jakarta, Indonesia.

The ideal candidate is a strategic yet hands-on leader with strong operational expertise in managing multiple outlets, improving service standards, driving business performance, and building high-performing teams. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, achieving financial targets, and delivering exceptional guest experiences across all locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple food and beverage outlets
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve outlet performance and customer satisfaction
• Manage budgeting, financial planning, and cost control to maximize profitability
• Lead, coach, and develop outlet managers and operations teams
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian food safety, sanitation, and labor regulations
• Monitor inventory management, procurement processes, and supplier performance
• Maintain consistent service quality and brand standards across all outlets
• Analyze sales performance and prepare regular operational reports for senior management
• Work closely with internal departments to support business expansion and operational improvements
• Identify opportunities for menu development, promotions, and service enhancements

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in the F&B or hospitality industry
• At least 3 years of experience in a General Manager or senior leadership role
• Proven experience managing multi-unit F&B operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian F&B market and consumer trends
• Experience in budgeting, P&L management, and operational planning
• Ability to speak English professionally; Mandarin or Korean is an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment regulations and food safety compliance
