We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to lead Kiztopia Indonesia's operations and drive growth across our business units. The GM will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring strategic alignment with Kiztopia Group's regional goals. This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and a passion for delivering exceptional family experiences. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, drive revenue growth, and maintain a positive and engaging environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Strategic Growth & Expansion
- Identify opportunities for business growth, partnerships, and new outlet expansion within Indonesia
- Support project feasibility studies, location assessments, and pre-opening preparations
- Collaborate with HQ for alignment on brand direction, pricing strategies, and product/service offerings
2.Business & Operational Leadership
- Oversee the end-to-end operations of Kiztopia outlets in Indonesia, ensuring high standards in safety, service, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction
- Drive daily performance across operations, finance, sales, and marketing to meet business goals and KPIs
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to ensure profitability
- Ensure all local activities comply with regulatory, safety, and brand standards
3.Team Management
- Lead, motivate, and develop a multi-functional team across outlets, support functions, and central ops
- Foster a performance-driven, collaborative culture across departments
- Oversee recruitment, training, and development of key team members in coordination with HR
4.Stakeholder Communication
- Act as key liaison between Indonesia and HQ (Singapore), ensuring effective reporting and communication on performance, challenges, and initiatives
- Maintain strong relationships with landlords, vendors, regulatory bodies, and key partners
Requirements
- Minimum 8-10 years in Operations or general management, preferably in family entertainment, retail, F&B, or hospitality.
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
- Strong business acumen with solid financial, operational, and people management skills
- Willingness to travel and be hands-on across multiple locations/outlets
- Able to work independently while aligning with group-level strategies and reporting
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.

Qualifications Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Technical Competencies:
- Experience in advanced skills using Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
