Zenith Hospitality Global is an operator-first hospitality and wellness advisory firm based in Bali, focused on concept development, pre-opening strategy, operating structure, and long-term asset performance.
We are currently supporting Karma Yoga Bali (KYB) and are now looking for a General Manager / Development Office Lead to help shape the project during its pre-opening and development phase.
About the project
Karma Yoga Bali is a serious, membership-first wellness project in Canggu, built around repeat trust, repeat use, and a calmer long-term relationship with the guest. The project is still in development, but it is now moving into a more active execution phase.
What this role is really about
The person in this role will help connect the owner, Zenith Hospitality Global, the growing in-house team, and the wider project flow so that the next phase moves in a clear, organized, and credible way.
In practical terms, this person will help:
– Create day-to-day structure around the project
– Connect moving workstreams under one clear rhythm
– Support recruitment, coordination, reporting, and follow-up
– Help turn planning into controlled execution
– Make sure the project becomes more organized, more readable, and more ready as pre-opening activity increases
This role is a strong fit for someone who:

What we are looking for
We are looking for someone with strong hospitality, wellness, lifestyle, or premium service project experience, ideally with a background in pre-opening, operations, project coordination, General Manager, Head of Operations, or another senior execution role. The right person should bring:
– Maturity and calm leadership
– Strong coordination habits and accountability
– Good judgment and the ability to create order without drama
– Trustworthiness in owner-level communication
– Bali readiness and local market understanding are strongly preferred
