Role Description

We're looking for a warm, intuitive, and highly organized Guest Experience Associate to join out team.

The role is central to guest journey - supporting everything from pre-arrival communication to in-stay experience and post departure follow up. You'll play a key role in ensuring each guest feels deeply cared for, understood, and seamlessly guided throughout their stay with us.

You'll support wellness program coordination, assist with inquiries (particularly wellness packages), and collaborate closely with our team to deliver a thoughtful and personalized experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage guest communication from pre-arrival through post-stay
• Respond to inquiries and curate personalized wellness experiences
• Coordinate bookings, schedules, and wellness sessions
• Ensure a smooth and elevated in-house guest experience
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve any concerns with care and efficiency
• Collaborate with the wider team to maintain exceptional service standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or a similar role
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Naturally warm, intuitive, and service-driven
• Comfortable multitasking in a dynamic environment
• Familiarity with reservations systems/PMS is highly preferred
• Understanding of wellness or luxury hospitality is a plus
