Job Description

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor&aposs degree or equivalent experience in business administration, information technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in general affairs, office administration, or service desk support roles for 1-2 years (Fresh Graduate are welcome).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with technology and system.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work overtime.
  • Able to drive cars or motorcycle.

What you will do:

  • Procure and manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
  • Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and renovations as needed, ensuring a safe and comfortable working environment for employees.
  • Oversee the organization and setup of office spaces, including desks, meeting rooms, and common areas.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees seeking assistance with general inquiries, administrative support, and technical issues.
  • Provide courteous and efficient customer service to address employee needs and concerns promptly.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees by coordinating office setup, access permissions, and training on office procedures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, network connectivity, and other IT infrastructure components.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate IT personnel and follow up to ensure timely resolution and employee satisfaction.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, including room bookings, catering arrangements, and audiovisual setup.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to office inventory, expenses, and other activities.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, mutual support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage and oversee outsourced personnel, including tracking attendance, addressing absences, and ensuring compliance with company policies and contractual agreements.
