Bachelor&aposs degree or equivalent experience in business administration, information technology, or related field.
Proven experience in general affairs, office administration, or service desk support roles for 1-2 years (Fresh Graduate are welcome).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with technology and system.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work overtime.
Able to drive cars or motorcycle.
What you will do:
Procure and manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and renovations as needed, ensuring a safe and comfortable working environment for employees.
Oversee the organization and setup of office spaces, including desks, meeting rooms, and common areas.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employees seeking assistance with general inquiries, administrative support, and technical issues.
Provide courteous and efficient customer service to address employee needs and concerns promptly.
Assist with onboarding new employees by coordinating office setup, access permissions, and training on office procedures.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, network connectivity, and other IT infrastructure components.
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate IT personnel and follow up to ensure timely resolution and employee satisfaction.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, including room bookings, catering arrangements, and audiovisual setup.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to office inventory, expenses, and other activities.
Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, mutual support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage and oversee outsourced personnel, including tracking attendance, addressing absences, and ensuring compliance with company policies and contractual agreements.
