Oversee general affairs and facility operations across multiple business units, ensuring workplaces are clean, safe, and well-maintained through regular inspections.
Manage cleaning, landscape, and estate maintenance operations, maintaining high hygiene, environmental, and aesthetic standards.
Lead and supervise GA operational teams, including cleaners, gardeners, and drivers, ensuring effective workforce management and service quality.
Manage operational support services, including transportation, office supplies, and daily operational needs to support business continuity.
Oversee vendor and contractor performance, ensuring compliance with service agreements, operational standards, and company policies.
Manage GA budgets, control operational costs, and ensure proper documentation, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, Facility Management, or related field.
Minimum 58 years of experience in General Affairs, Facility Management, or Estate Management.
Proven experience managing multi-location operations is highly preferred.
Experience in estate or property management is a strong advantage.
Strong leadership and vendor management skills.
Good organizational, inspection, and problem-solving abilities.
Willing to travel frequently between business unit locations.
Good Communication skill, target oriented and creative problem solving.
