Job Descriptions :

  • Oversee general affairs and facility operations across multiple business units, ensuring workplaces are clean, safe, and well-maintained through regular inspections.
  • Manage cleaning, landscape, and estate maintenance operations, maintaining high hygiene, environmental, and aesthetic standards.
  • Lead and supervise GA operational teams, including cleaners, gardeners, and drivers, ensuring effective workforce management and service quality.
  • Manage operational support services, including transportation, office supplies, and daily operational needs to support business continuity.
  • Oversee vendor and contractor performance, ensuring compliance with service agreements, operational standards, and company policies.
  • Manage GA budgets, control operational costs, and ensure proper documentation, reporting, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, Facility Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 58 years of experience in General Affairs, Facility Management, or Estate Management.
  • Proven experience managing multi-location operations is highly preferred.
  • Experience in estate or property management is a strong advantage.
  • Strong leadership and vendor management skills.
  • Good organizational, inspection, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willing to travel frequently between business unit locations.
  • Good Communication skill, target oriented and creative problem solving.
